Who we are

SEPULKA S.R.L. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website.

What we collect

This site uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no contact forms. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that measures aggregate traffic without using cookies or fingerprinting and without collecting personal data. We do not otherwise collect personal data passively from visitors.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We process this information only to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis

For inquiry emails: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inbound communication).

Email infrastructure

Messages you send to contact@sepulka.cc are forwarded by our domain registrar, Dynadot LLC, to a Gmail mailbox provided by Google. Both Dynadot and Google may receive, store, and transmit the message contents — including, potentially, outside the European Economic Area — in accordance with their respective privacy practices.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up, after which they are deleted on request or as part of regular mailbox housekeeping.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data — email us to exercise any of these.

You may also lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.

Third-party content on this site

This page loads HTML, CSS, and self-hosted fonts served from sepulka.cc, and a single analytics script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personal data or fingerprint visitors — see cloudflare.com/web-analytics. Aside from this analytics beacon, no third-party scripts, fonts, or images are loaded.
